Game: The Blues Brothers
As crazy as it sounds, I discovered The Blues Brothers through this video game. But other than the shades and a little bit of Solomon Burke, they had absolutely nothing in common.
You get to jump on sharks, some birds kill you with their eggs and you have to watch out for green balls flying around. I’d be curious to know if the game producers were under any influences when they watched the movie. It’s clearly not the best NES platformer. It’s actually pretty flawed because the level design makes no sense at all.
This game is brutal. You probably wouldn’t get past the second level, even if you tried really hard. Anyway it would make no sense to put so much effort into a game that didn’t even bothered to have a decent ending or a boss of some kind.
